Columbia Pacific Food Bank

County-wide service provider which warehouses & distributes food to emergency food cupboards, senior centers, & group homes in Columbia County. Provides emergency food boxes to low income families in St. Helens.  Also, refers families in crisis to other services.

Provides emergency food boxes to low income families in Rainier. Also, assists families in crisis arrange for medical needs, transportation, and payment of utility bills.

 

Turning Point Community Center

Emergency Homeless Assistance

A program of last resort for people who are on the brink of being or are homeless. UW funds help buy as much housing as possible, typically 1 month.

Energy Self Reliance

Provides payment of needy applicants' utility bills and energy case management to help keep them out of future crisis by fostering individual self-reliance.
